Voices of Europe is an event focusing on languages and identities in European border regions.  The event provides an extraordinary platform for groups and individuals from across Europe to exchange and absorb new ideas and to learn from each other. 

Now we gather cultural, artistic and scientific presentations and invite representatives from all European border regions to participate in the event. The event is part of the Oulu2026 European Capital of Culture program.
